In my year end highlights I mentioned that my business has grown with the addition of a new affiliate broker. I thought I’d take a quick minute to introduce you to Shannon. She’s a great addition to the company.

Shannon DeMarco – Affiliate Broker

Shannon is a native of East TN. She spent many years in Los Angeles, CA where she was introduced to buying and selling real estate. She moved back to Tennessee in 2013, and during the following year started learning about the local market. She obtained her license in 2014.

“I love the real estate sales process, including looking at houses first hand as well as the art of negotiation,” says Shannon. “I have a specific interest in houses that need light to moderate updating to reach full potential.

“I still hold on to my nursing values in that I like helping people. Now, I feel fortunate to be able to assist people with their real estate needs.”
