Cedar Bluff

horn of plentyAt one point, Cedar Bluff was considered the “commercial center” of Knoxville. Cedar Bluff’s development started in the mid to late 70’s and continues to be a thriving community today. Sales information from July 2013 – July 2014

  • Listings sold :                         425
  • Average List Price:                $188,912
  • Average Sold Price:               $183,492
  • Average square feet:              2063
  • Sold price/sq ft.:                    $90.00
  • Average Days on Market:     151

Amy’s Take: I like the area because the price point is more affordable than the surrounding areas of Bearden and Farragut. So you can have the same conveniences like;

  • being close to West Town Mall and Turkey Creek
  • diverse restaurants
  • great parks
  • local businesses close by to meet every need
  • desirable schools at a price point that is over $100,000 less

One of my favorite places for local country cooking, along with a colorful cast of characters, is the HORN OF PLENTY market & restaurant…good southern home cooking…Meatloaf & Mash, chicken & dumplins’, nanner puddin’ and the like…
