Many of you may already know about Quentin Tarantino‘s and Johnny Knoxville‘s birth ties to the city that hosted the World’s Fair, but they aren’t the only famous faces to call Knoxville home. Here are three more you can add to your Hollywood fan facts.

1. Christina Hendricks, known for playing intelligent dominating women, was born in Knoxville but moved to Idaho at the age of 3. Her role in Mad Men propelled her to international fame.

2. Brad Renfro, was discovered at age 10 and cast in the film The Client with Susan Sarandon and Tommy Lee Jones. He attended Fountain City Elementary School up until then. His career was cut short in 2008 when he died from a drug overdose at age 25.

3. David Keith, who co-starred in An Officer and a Gentleman, was not only born in Knoxville but he also graduated from the University of Tennessee. His father, Lemuel Grady Keith Jr., was a personnel division worker for the Tennessee Valley Authority. His mother, Hilda Earle, was a worker for the Knox County Board of Education. Keith is married to realtor Nancy Clark, and still resides in Knoxville.

You just never know who else might go from Knoxville nights to Hollywood lights! #DreamBig
