What others are saying…

Condo shopping with Amy Garland was pure pleasure. She quickly picked up on what I wanted and what did not fit into my criteria. She always had my best interest in mind. When selling or shopping for Real Estate again, Amy Garland would be the first person I would call.” – Barbara Stevens

“We have used Amy as both a seller and as a buyer agent. She was great to work with and I would highly recommend her!” – Michelle Harp

“Ms. Amy Garland has been managing our rental property in Knoxville, TN for the past two years.  My wife and I are currently living in Switzerland, where I am employed by Alstom Switzerland as an R&D project manager.  Prior to leaving for Switzerland, we interviewed several candidates for the position of property manager for our house in West Knoxville.  We were impressed by Ms. Garland’s enthusiasm for her work and her professional knowledge of the housing rental market and current trends.  She has managed our property well, taking care of needed repairs, and ensured timely receipt and deposits of rental payments.  She has kept us informed of any tenant requests or house issues via regular e-mail updates.  She has also taken care of any mail we receive, and ensured its prompt delivery to us here in Switzerland.  We have been very pleased with her performance as property manager. We would recommend Ms. Garland for your property management and real estate needs.” Al  & Gema Klein

Amy was very helpful in helping my family find a house that fit our needs. We provided her an overview of the type of house we were looking for, and she located the house we eventually purchased within a day or two. Her assistance through the process of purchasing the home and selling our previous home was also great. She was always responsive and willing to help in any way possible.” Lisa Stinnett

“First of all I want to Thank You for all that you did to get our house sold so promptly. We have owned many homes through out the United States so we know the difference between a GOOD and BAD Real Estate Agent. What others do not know is I have also held my Real Estate license. So I know more than the general public as to all the work that you did in selling our home. You knew what we expected and you did far more. The house had a contract in 32 days, not bad when the market was still sluggish. The buyers agent – let me say you handled her in such a professional manner when the agent was very unprofessional. If we were living in TN we would not hesitate to work with you again. Much appreciation”  – Vicki and Dennis Fowler
